We provide a complete range of cleaning service for koi ponds, fountains, and other water features. The features are drained, and pressure
washed to remove algae build up and shop-vac anything that has been collected at the bottom of the pond. Fish are safely moved and placed
into containers with aeration and covers to prevent the koi from jumping out. Once the water level has gotten high enough we will verify
the water temperature, add dechlorinator to make sure the water is safe for the fish, and we will add them back to the pond.
Pond Maintenance
We provide a wide range of maintenance covering features from small fountains to large Koi ponds. The service will include stops once
a week unless otherwise negotiated. We clean skimmer baskets, skimmer pads, remove debris from the water surface, trim plants as needed,
add the appropriate products to keep the water clear, and monitor the filtration; from checking UV-sterilizers to back-flushing filters.
We can provide the products as needed or the customer can buy their own, however we will not use a customer's product if we deem it to
be harmful to fish, plants, or other pets. All products that we use are safe for all pets including those adventurous dogs that like to
go for a refreshing swim.
Winterization
We can safely prepare a water feature for the harsh Northern Nevada winter. These services include trimming plants, removing pumps,
install de-icers and small circulation pumps, or shutting off auto-fill valves.
